Makes 1
- 200g 0% Greek yogurt
- ½ scoop vanilla or unflavoured whey (optional if you use extra yogurt)
- 30g rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or a few drops of stevia
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts or almonds
Coach's tip
Assemble it the night before without the nuts — the oats soften and breakfast is ready when you are.
How to make it
- 01
Stir the whey into the Greek yogurt until smooth.
- 02
Spoon into a bowl and top with the oats and berries.
- 03
Scatter over the chia seeds and nuts.
- 04
Add a small drizzle of honey if you like it sweeter, and eat cold.
Why it works
Most breakfasts are 8g protein and 60g carbs. This flips the ratio, which flattens the 11am biscuit run.
